Social capital can create a lot of positive impact on a child, their development, and their education. Figures show that states where the predominance of social capital is the states where children have the best opportunities and the best “flourish” (Putnam, 2000). Social capital indicates a community where people live in a connected manner and function in coordination, creating better connectivity among communities and utilization of these to enhance growth and learning.
